What to Expect
The class begins with a grounding moment and gentle movement to settle into the body. From there, Diana gradually builds into an accessible Hatha flow, moving through simple standing poses and sequences at an easy pace. The practice slows back down with restorative stretches and longer-held poses before closing with a restful savasana.
Class flow
1Arrive on the mat with breath, stillness, and easy movement to settle into the body.
2Begin to warm and open the body with gentle stretches, creating space through the spine, shoulders, and hips.
3Build into a steady Hatha flow, linking accessible standing poses with breath and intentional transitions.
4Explore standing postures that introduce light strength and balance while keeping the overall pace easy and controlled.
5Return to the floor for slower stretches and restorative poses, allowing the body to soften and release.
6Close with a restful savasana, giving the body time to fully settle before finishing the practice.
